Delivery/Pickup

Delivery is available (an extra fee may be added depending upon distance). Pickup by scheduled appointment at the Fox Run Shopping Center (Waukesha) is also available for no additional charge. Pickup windows are 15 minutes. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled time you will have to reschedule your pickup.

Ordering Policy under $500.00

All orders must be finalized as to all details of order including flavors and extras prior to order being filled.  Payment for all orders under $500.00 are due within two weeks of order  and must be paid in full prior to order being started. If your order due date is less than two weeks, payment is due the day the order is placed. Cash, check, credit and debit are accepted  forms of payment. A 3.5% merchant fee will be added to all credit/debit payments.

Ordering Policy $500.00 and over

All orders $500.00 and over will require a 50% deposit at time of ordering. All details must be finalized, and the remaining balance will be due two weeks prior to due date. A 3.5% merchant fee will be added to all credit/debit payments.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

All orders are eligible be cancelled at any time at the following rates:

• 10 Business Days or more from order due date – 90% of order price will be refunded

• 5 Business Days from order due date – 40% of order price will be refunded

• Less than 5 Business Days from order due date – 0% of order price will be refunded

Refunds will be credited back to the named person on the payment transaction.

Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is the goal. While we strive to please every taste bud, we realize that this may not always be possible and therefore, NO REFUNDS will be given for flavor (and or decoration) dissatisfaction. To minimize dissatisfaction, we do offer sampler packs and may include a tasting party with large orders.
